SHIPPING - Band saw Blades

A Flat Fee of $9.95 is charge per order to deliver orders in the Continental U.S.
using U.S. Postal Service.
Large heavy orders are shipped using FedEx Ground Service for the same delivery fee.
RUSH DELIVERY is available using FedEx Next Day or 2nd Day Service at actual delivery cost.
3rd Party billing is available on phone orders only, call 1-888-778-9663 x-1 for the Sales Desk.

REMEMBER:

Every bandsaw blade order is welded to length to your specifications for each order.
Delivery is normally within 7 to 10 business days from date of order.
Tracking will be emailed when your order is shipped.


SHIPPING - Woodworking Plans and Projects

Flat Fee of $6.95 is charge per order to deliver plans in the Continental U.S. using U.S. Postal Service.

SHIPPING - Granberg Mills, Parts and Accessories

Mills, Mill Kits, Parts and Accessories will have a UPS freight charge add for delivery. Rip Chain ship with no additional delivery charge for delivery.

SHIPPING - to address outside the Continental U.S.

We do offer this service, but it is done on an order by order basis.

RETURN POLICY
Bandsaw Blades are made to fill each order and require 7 to 14 business days from order date to delivery.
Bandsaw Blades are NOT returnable. Please VERIFY the length ordered is the correct size required to fit your band saw.
If we make the blade to the wrong size, it will be replaced at no charge.

Off the shelf items are returnable if unused in original pack with original quantity, a 10% to up to a 25% restocking fee may be charged due to condition upon return.
Before Returning you must contact us and receive a RMA # that must be marked on the return box for credit to be given.
Original freight charge is not refunded with any return cost being the customers responsibility.

Some products include free shipping, if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
(Nothing actually gets shipped at no cost, we are paying the freight to you on those items.)

We are not responsible for lost items, damages that may occur or the loss of packaging during the return shipment.
