Dear Valued Customers,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. That means understanding how it affects our employees and customers and then making the necessary adjustments to our daily operations. We follow the current safety precautions and guidelines as set forth by the CDC and the State of Massachusetts.

In order to protect our employees, some of our staff are working remotely and we have changed our operations to a 4-day work schedule, Monday - Thursday. Until further notice, our office will be closed on Friday's offering sales support on line and by phone.

At Cyber Woodworking Depot, LLC, we are still accepting and shipping orders with shipments made as soon as possible. Delays may result from some minor disruptions in the supply chain and manufacturing process. We are still welding and shipping bandsaw blades. Granberg items will not ship until furthure notice (Estimates start up ship date is after May 3rd). Rikon items are also have shipment delays. Our Customer Service Staff will do their best to reply to inquires in a timely manner. We will continue to update shipping information and inform customers of any product availability issues.

This pandemic is a fluid situation that we are closely monitoring. We appreciate the opportunity to support our customers and will be here if you have any questions.
