Pacific Saw Blades, is our source for high-quality carbide tipped circular saw blades. A family-owned factory that has been producing steel products for over 40 years. The blades are made from the highest quality materials from around the world. The steel for the blade body is German made, hardened to 42-HRC. For the teeth on the saw blade, European grade HC 10 tungsten carbide from Luxembourg is used. A special solder of copper between two strands of silver makes for a shock resistant bond between the tooth and its tip. Grinding is performed on the most advanced and state of the art machinery. The tensioning standards and methods are very strict. Each blade is hand trued. The goal is to bring the highest quality tools to the woodworking industry at a very reasonable cost. Unlike some other manufacturers, we do not offer lower quality, budget blades in our inventory.

Rip Blades |

The flat grind rip blades are well suited for ripping both hard and soft solid woods. For an average cutting task such as rough cutting prior to jointing, they will do an excellent job. The Triple Chip Grind (TCG) makes a cut that is as close to glue joint quality as you can achieve with a saw blade.

Miter Blades |

Have to make some compound miter joints in a piece of 3x rock maple? These blades can handle that job as well as more standard joinery. They produce smooth, quality cuts on plywood, particle board and MDF, too. The TCG blade in this collection works well on aluminum. Not suitable for rip cuts, and use a lower tooth count on thick stock. The ATBSB grind works well with coated panel cutting.

Thin Kerf Blades |

Woodworkers all know the advantages of a thin body blade. Less force is required when feeding material into the saw and less waste is generated. These blades are great for smaller motor saws like portable bench saws. Be very careful to align your fence with the blade, as poor alignment causes over heating and premature dulling.
